Installing F-secure

Hi can anyone help me I a trying to install  F-secure but a program called norton security scan is stopping this from happening. I have tried unistalling this and it will not open or remove from my computer.I am not sure how its got on my computer as I have never used this before it must have been an add on from something else I have download.Any help would be greatfull.

Usually, Norton Security Scan is bundled along with other third-party software, such as a browser toolbar or Adobe Flash Player and the like.
