F-secure Renewal

I renewed my F-secure about one month ago, and then 2 weeks ago I had to buy a new PC  computer. The company put on a one month free trial of F-secure, but I need to enter my Key code number and have no way of knowing what it was. Can anyone help please? Many thanks - David in Ballarat, AUS

Don't you have an e-mail confirmation of the renewal purchase? You'll find the subscription key there.

 

I assume your old PC is "dead" so you can't get the subscription key from that one.

And then contact support and supply the information needed from the instructions in the link above:

Thanks so much for your help. I can't believe how stupid I was. I eventually found the key in a trashed email. All fixed now. Thanks again - David in Ballarat, AUS
