Antivirus for PC. How to get rid of "Gen:Variant.Adware.Zusy.73969"?

After scanning, there are still som elements to get rid of. Some of them are "blocked". Have startet the pc once more, but these element are still present. How to get rid of this? I have searched the web, but I dont rely on the answers.

Assuming you do not have a reliable backup/image in place I would try the following; (have you tried system restore before the infection?)

 

1. Run Adwcleaner; http://www.fileparade.com/listing/121588/AdwCleaner?did=10844&pid=1&ppd=search,33405858140,adwcleaner,e,,c,0,,,&gclid=CLnk2NjN0rsCFWzHtAod33sAvQ

 

2. Run Malwarebytes free to check that all traces have been removed; https://www.malwarebytes.org/free/
