Installing Secure F on Dell laptop Problems

::Hi all,

 

I downloaded F secure on my PC a couple of weeks ago but have been trying in vain to download it on my laptop- running Windows Vista- I have downloaded the virgin-pack to Adobe and also tried, Libre office but the message I get is that the F secure pack in corrupted and so cannot be read, cannot be opened and so cannot be downloaded..

Have been trying for couple of hours and now don't know what to try any more. Smiley Embarassed

    Not sure what you mean by "downloaded the virgin-pack". Are you a Virgin Media customer and referring to downloads from the Safe portal?

     

    Sounds like you're not downloading the correct installer. The download you did for your PC is the same version you should download to your laptop.

    Indeed, and it's advisable to fully remove Virgin Media Security before installing F-Secure.  You'll find a sticky topic on that at the top of the board.  :)
