Hi I followed the link from VMS to register with F secure it leads to a page that asks for login and password  ..how  can I login if I have not registered with F secure ..how do I register so I can  create a login and password so I can enjoy 12 months free security

I guess you have to sign up first. Maybe the instruction video from Virgin Media can help?

I wached video a few days ago..Problem is ..when I click get security as shown in the video it takes me to a page that asks for login and password.Not the sign up page..

Purely a guess, but have you tried your Virgin log in details?
