Re-installation by a used Multilicense

Hallo!

I´m using F-Secure Internet Security 2010 with a license for 3 PC´s. The software was installed on all three PC´s. Now one of the PC´s becomes infected by a virus (message "Bundespolizei" at the windows start screen) and I had to format the hard drive. After the new installation of the software, I receive the message that I have no free license. How can I delete the old license for this one PC to using the software on the same PC again?

please call the support hotline and ask for a "Licence reset".

 

But formatting was not really needed in the first place!

You get the latest version here as IS 2010 is old and you can use IS 2011 with your key
