F-Secure installed and computer frozen
I have installed f-secure today and removed Virgin security form the computer. The computer (desktop) has now frozen. I have turned it off several times and can log in but can't do anything once the desktop is showing. Any ideas??
Getting very frustrated - now using daughter's laptop!

I assume you removed Virgin security before installing F-Secure? And I assume you're running Windows. Anyway, you should probably uninstall and then re-install.
Try booting to Safe Mode: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm
This will start Windows with minimal programs and drivers loaded, hopefully not freezing. Depending on Windows version it might not work by default to uninstall programs in Safe Mode. If so, search the internet for things like "Safe mode uninstall program".
If for some reason Virgin security removal was unsuccessful, there are other options here:

And if removing F-Secure should be unsuccessful, try this:
ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/support/tools/uitool/UninstallationTool.exe
If you then can boot normally without freezing, re-install F-Secure.
