Security Key Reset

Perhaps you should add a feature to manually reset or retrieve a fogotten/lost security key for the mobile security. I have installed & lost the security key for my product & have been trying all day to contact support to get it reset. I have tried by phone 4 times, each time waiting over 1/2 hour with no response. I need my phone for business & i have not been able to use it all day as i canot access my web content due to the parental control being set & losing the security key to change the settings!!! Not impressed!!!!
