need some help with my anti theft

hi guys

i need some help.I use the anti theft software for a year and its fine but...

since  a hardreset yesterday on my xperia x1 i have some trouble.

i made a backup to get all my settings ,programms etc back.

windows mobile starts and f secure is asking for my normal password but it doesnt accept it anymore.

i dont changed it,i dont know what the problem is but i dont get access to my device so i really need your help !

If your phone now is locked by Anti-theft and the password dosent work it need to be rested, This canot be dont truh the community, Please create an support ticket here.
