SPAM scanning is not working

In F-Secure Internet Security 2014 for Microsoft Outlook, the spam scanning is not working

If you're using an encrypted connection, it can't be scanned, for example incoming POP3 using SSL on port 995

Not to my knowledge. I have the same problem as you have.

 

I found an old thread about it where you'll find more info, but note that they refer to older F-Secure products that had settings that aren't around in FS IS 2014 anymore. Focus more on reading WHY it's not possible:
