Not to my knowledge. I have the same problem as you have.
I found an old thread about it where you'll find more info, but note that they refer to older F-Secure products that had settings that aren't around in FS IS 2014 anymore. Focus more on reading WHY it's not possible:
Version of F-Secure?
Home or Business version?
Version of F-Secure? = Internet Security 2014
Home or Business version? = Home version
Operating System? = Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Outlook version? = Outlook 2013
If you're using an encrypted connection, it can't be scanned, for example incoming POP3 using SSL on port 995
Can I do something about it?
