Windows 7 64bits / F-Secure Network Installer Upg / Root Certificates Problem
I'm using the F-Secure AntiVirus package, I'm blocked, I can't no more receice Virus updates because when I started F-SecureNetworkInstallerUpg (ver.: 1.89.202.0 [last version]), the Installer indicates a problem with roots certificates ! My PC date is ok, and I've updated my Windows 7 64bits system with the last available root certificates (KB931125).
I've this problem only with F-Secure.
How I can solve the problem?
I know that there were problems with Windows 7 64bits for F-Secure, but some said that the problem is solved with the newer F-SecureNetworkInstallerUpg (1.89.202.0)!

Hello kadel,
I suggest you take a FSDIAG diagnostics file from the problematic computer and open a support ticket about the issue.
How to generate FSDIAG:
http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/contact/fsdiag
Contacting support:
http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/contact/request

The FSDIAG file size is 56,1 MB.
The request support : http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/contact/request do not allow an attached file larger than 30 MB, so the request was refused.
What can I do?

Hi kadel,
Initially, I would submit this problem using the Support Request Form without attaching the FSDIAG file. In this way you will receive a case number/SR ID.(Service Request ID).
I found an old thread where Jayson posts a solution; http://community.f-secure.com/t5/Security-for-PC/cannot-email-and-send-FSDIAG/m-p/16328#M3334
1. You will have to Rename the fsdiag.tar.gz file on your desktop; if you have been given a case number/ SR ID you can use this e.g. 1-XXXXXXXXX_FSDIAG.TAR.GZ.
2. Open a window in Windows Explorer. (Right-click on the start menu icon)
3. Place the following link; ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/incoming in the address window. Press Enter.
4. Then drag and drop the renamed file into the Window.
5. Then after F-Secure have got back to you, email them back stating the name of the file you have uploaded to the ftp site.
The file alone won't be investigated unless there is a case created through the website.
Edit; instead of Windows Explorer you can also upload the renamed file using an FTP client such as Filezilla.
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

At 30/10/2013 I've transmited a request to the support service from which I've received this reference : F-Secure Customer Care: 00060886 .
I've transmited the FSDIAG file (56,1 MB) as Blackcat (Trusted Contributor) has proposed to do it in his Posts: 234 (Registered: 28-03-2013).
Till now i didn't receive any answer or solution to the problem!
Thanks for help.

"fsaua-reset" seems to have done all the complete job : .... , download so many files via F-Secure .
But still F-Secure mention that my Virus Database is 16 (incremented every day) days old! And time to time F-Secure ask to start the update procedure ...
I don't know if the job done by "fsaua-reset" is not understood by the regular behaviour of F-Secure!

It looks like you still have problems.
So while you are waiting for support to contact you back my email you can try an online Chat and see if they have any further ideas to help you.
http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/contact/chat
They are generally the quickest to respond and they work at weekends!
You can say that you have submitted a FSDIAG. file and give them your SR ID. Good luck.
