Internet Security 2012 Beta (R36) released - TP36 release

Hi,

we have just started the beta program for F-Secure Internet Security 2012. It will be an automated upgrade from the Technology Preview program, so all existing TP35 users will be channel upgraded to new IS2012 beta. The concept will stay the same as in TP program, so expect to get new releases ~every 2 weeks until we are done.

If you are interested in joining the IS2012 beta program, you can apply to it starting tomorrow at:

http://www.f-secure.com/en_EMEA-Labs/beta-programs/home-users-beta/IS2012beta/index.html

Old TP users can also register to new beta program and you will get fresh 6 month subscription to the product. To be able to fully use the system, you will need to uninstall the current Technology Preview installation and reinstall F-Secure Internet Security 2012 Beta from the beta community's Resources section (eventhough the binaries are exactly same). If you don't want to bother with the uninstall and reinstall, you can continue using the current subscription to the end of it.

Online Safety Statistics -page is the new feature in TP36 compared to TP35. Full details of the changes are listed in the release notes at:

We'd really like to hear all your feedback of this new beta version,

Petri on behalf of the project team

PS. We will be announcing more information about the new beta community IS2012 tomorrow. We really hope that it will ease the communication between the beta users and our development teams.

    Greetings Petri

I was looking, and I noticed (at first glance) that transparent Launch Pad looks much better than fresh one, but in fact it doesn't fit whole product
