Jag kan inte uppgradera mitt F-secure. Det har inte fungerat sen 2012. Något blockerar.

Jag har ny prenumeration på 2 år. Datorn signalerar att jag inte har ett fungerande virusskydd.

Är felet i Windows eller F-secure?

    When did you install F-Secure?

    When did you get the 2 year license?

     

    Could it be so that you've had F-secure first and then got a new 2-year subscription, but forgot to update the product with the new subscription key?
