today morning i received e-mail stating that my multiple computer monthly renewal has been successfully done and asked me to reactivate the programme by using the new subscription key provided in the message. While trying i get message that the Key no. is old, insert the new key. I do't know what to do

It seems you are using a Security Product provided by your Internet Service Provider and powered by F-secure.
If so I would advise you to contact directly your ISP so that they can clarify and solve the problem you are facing.
In case you are using one of our product for Home user, you can open a support ticket here, providing an fsdiag and the license keys involved.
