Mobile Key Format

Having just reinstalled F-Secure following a phone reset, I tried to enter the key, but it only allows input of 12 characters.

 

I bought F-secure for my laptop which includes mobile security in the price.

 

I have spare licenses on my laptop key and I assumed that I just entered the same key number as on my laptop, but this key is 20 characters.

 

What am I doing wrong?

I have now found the answer to this.  It is a different number shown on my original order.
