Browsing Protection problems
Recently, my F-Secure Browsing protection has started to block an increasing amount of web pages. All blocks seem to be caused by images on those sites; Most probably advertisements(?) on the pages, maybe something else. An example is shown below. Anyhow, this is getting troublesome since I can't open almost any news pages, or even my Facebook account anymore. I'm hesitant to turn Browsing protection off, but it does make life pretty difficult. A few questions:
- Is there a way to load the pages without those harmful parts (be it images, applets or whatever)?
- Is there a way to tune Browsing protection to exclude ads?
- Any workarounds or good hints?
Some files that will cause the block when I try to open https://www.facebook.com ::
Accompanying message: "This web site is: Harmful.
You should avoid visiting this site.
F-Secure has found evidence of harmful behaviour on this web site. To the best of our knowledge, it is not safe to visit this web site."
Here's the program assemblage I am using:
Windows 7 Home Premium; all updates installed
Firefox 22.0
F-Secure Client Security 9.01 build 122

Thanks Janiashvili, those links really work, but the problem persists on other sites. The problem is _a lot_ of false positives (or whatever the blocking cause), on a daily basis. Just by clicking random bookmarks, I found this image getting blocked: http://forms.aweber.com/images/auto/gradient/button/07c.png , and others. So, instead of discussing individual links, I am asking for a general explanation and solution for the problem.
Thanks again

Hi JiiKoo,
With regards to your query, we are analysing thousand of samples everyday to provide a secured protection to all our customers. From the link below you can always verify the current rating for each of the url and report if you feel it is a false positive.http://browsingprotection.f-secure.com/swp/
Thanks.

Hi,
I have the same problem. Since a few weeks ago, literally 3 out of 4 web pages or so are getting blocking as "harmfull", because of what I think are ads. I've had browser protection for a long time, but I've never had this problem before.
Is there a solution to this? I really don't want to have to check every website I enter in this... http://browsingprotection.f-secure.com/swp/
P.S:I have the following program build:
F-Secure Client Security 9.32 build 112
F-Secure Anti-Virus 9.30 build 17464
F-Secure Automatic Update Agent 8.26 build 6200
F-Secure User Interface 9.30 build 10522
F-Secure Management Agent 8.21 build 128
F-Secure ORSP Client 1.0.24 build 1035
F-Secure Network connections 6.29121
F-Secure Email Scanner 6.00 build 515
F-Secure DeepGuard 3.00 build 203
F-Secure Online Help 1.98 build 1030
F-Secure Customization CS/1.30.01
F-Secure Browsing Protection/SW 1.10 build 5827
F-Secure Browsing Protection/ES 1.10 build 1039
F-Secure Internet Shield 6.29

Hi Tim1987,
Indeed alot of websites get blocked due to the add networks that are shown on the websites. When an add network is serving out malicious ad's all of the pages that display ad's from them get flagged. In most cases the pages are safe just that the ad's are not or where not at the time of our classification.
Quite often this is rectified very quickly on the add network's end and it may take us longer to reclassify them as safe. The only solution other then verifying each page would be to use an add blocking add-on for your browser(e.g. add block for chrome).
Thanks

I am constantly being blocked from websites and when I say I want to go to that site anyway I go to a page with just writing on it and then page loads normal after I leave that page. I turned that off in order to not block and all pages load normal now. I would like to be protected and want to turn that on again. Any way I can stop getting those text pages loading?

Hello kewpiedoll04,
In order to investigate the problem I would suggest that you open a support request and provide an fsdiag diagnostic file here:
