"Installation failed"
We have had the F-secure anti virus program on our computer, and when it was close to expiry date, we paid for a new year online - this was supposed to be valid for three computers.
It's been successfully installed on a PC that already had F-secure.
It's been successfully installed on a laptop that has never had F-secure.
But we can't seem to get it installed on a laptop that previously had F-secure.
The difference between the PC and the second laptop, is that we tried installing it after the expiry date on the latter. Is that of importance?
I've tried deleting F-secure to install it again from scratch, with no success - I only get the "installation failed"-error.
What can we do? I thank you in advance for any help!
