I Try sending SMS Message from thusted phone who is mine. Using #UNOLOKED#. And the phone recibe the SMS, but we dont recibe ANY code back from the phone, and cannot opened. We can see the Message from the pc using OVISUITE. With unlock . The Blocked phone send a Message option to send instruccions to the trhusted phone number but not today ANY moré.

Based on your descriptions, the locked phone might not have your phone number set as Trusted Number. Please contact our Support to reset the Security Code and unlock the phone.
