ParserFramework.dll problem

Hi,

I get following error message when trying to my F-Secure Launch pad:

 

 

And after every visit in my web bank, my F-Secure restrict almost all web pages and Outlook until I close my Firefox and restart it. I tried to reinstall Internet Security 2013 to my Win7 computer, but installer only told, that my F-Secure is already up to date.
