Hello, First, I'm sorry but I do not speak English and this is a translation of Google translation.
Here is my problem.
I like ISP SFR group that uses F-Secure as antivirus suite (called Safety Pack).
I changed ISP for Orange group also uses F-Secure (called Antivirus Firewall).
Uninstalling and reinstalling Security Pack the following Antivirus Firewall is uneventful
with a first computer and I currently use.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Security Pack the following Antivirus Firewall on my second computer was a complete failure.
Indeed, it can not uninstall Security Pack.
Even manually Security Pack refuses to uninstall.
After several attempts, I realized that Antivirus Firewall seemed to change files in Safety Pack and finally, it is impossible
access to the home page of Safety Pack (or Antivirus Firewall)
My computer is not protected.
The assistance Orange (Antivirus Firewall) service does not seem to have the solution and a telephone conversation with the Assistance Service
F-Secure has been continued, Orange has not sent them my contact information.
I'm a little tired of being the subject of a round trip between two services.
Do you have a solution for me?
Thank you very much for your attention.

    Hi Michel22,

I have moved this post to the Security products board.

Please uninstall the previous product (SFR version) by using the Uninstallation Tool then reinstall the current product (Orange version).

    1. Download the Uninstallation Tool here.
    2. Run the Uninstallation Tool.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions until it completed then restart your computer.
    4. Logon to Windows after your computer restarted. Go to "C:\Program Files", make sure that the "F-Secure Program" folder is deleted.
    5. Reinstall the current product.

    Best Regards,
