MS SmartScreen-Filter and MS Defender" disable after install of FSIS2012 or ?

Is it ok, that F-Secure under install, does not disable "MS Defender" that in my world, is a little a-like AV program ??

 

And disabling "MS SmartScreen Filter"

In my world it shod be disabled both...
