Changes in Beta section

Dear All,

we're going to merge two boards in Betas and Technology Previews section of the Community later this week.

All content from Mac Protection Technology Preview is going tobe moved to Windows Technology Preview & Internet Security Beta. The new joint board will be named Home Solution Beta Programs.
