Trojan found:Trojan.Generic.KDV.719829 - Who knows more about that ?

my F-Secure had found several manifestations of that today and wants me to restart after  disinfection.

Will that keep me secure ?

Please perform a full computer scan to ensure that your system is clean. To do so, open the F-Secure launch pad > Computer Security > Scan > Full computer scan.
