I had a n8 on contract for two years and had the anti theft app on it. I totally forgot gave the phone to my partner which he took to get unlocked and as I have thrown the sim away as soon as they tried it at the phone shop the anti theft activated and I pressed the button to make it send a message to the trusted number but nothing has come through and I'm really worried neither of us will be able to use the phone again and I still have photos I wanted in there. Is there anything I can do ?

Hi Jennyfurry1,

1. You would need an active SIM card inserted to the locked phone, either to send the unlock code to your Trusted number or receive the Reset command from our system after contacted our support.

2. Contact our Technical Support for further assistance.
