Browsing Protection & Firewall?

I have been using the Technology Preview, and now I am using the final (retail) version of the product. I would like to ask if there is any plans for the browsing protection and/or a Little Snitch(ish) firewall, which would allow me to choose which programs and services are allowed to connect to the internet, like your PC products, which I am also a user of, and have been since ~2003

Hi Arttu,

 

about the firewall: We are currently just giving an option to enable/disable MacOS' own firewall. For near future there is no "own" firewall planned for Mac Protection.

 

Browsing Protection as well as some other features are in the Backlog for Mac Protection. Right now, I can't promise you any date for implementaton of those, but it won't be forgotten. ;-)
