Following the steps in the pictures.

4th here my question:

Where are the options described in 5 (a, b​​)? How do I enable manually send files described in the help? Is the only option will be added?

That feature was planned but not implemented. Somehow it still slipped into help. Thanks for the report, we will update the help.
