High CPU usage - Anti-Virus for Mac

Hello,

 

I'm experiencing high CPU usage of "fsavd" in my MBP mid-2010 with i7 CPU. Fsavd constantly uses some 50-70% of the % CPU which causes the fan to run and halfs the battery life.

 

My product version is F-Secure Anti-Virus for Mac (B11500.C110) and OS version is OS X 10.8.2 (12C60).

 

I think I've experienced the problem before but upgrade to 10.8 cured it. But installing 10.8.2 caused the problem to re-emerge.

 

I really would like to get my battery life back to normal. Thanks for any advise!
