Installation

We have two PC's. One of them indicates on the launchpad the product has to be installed. Yet it is installed properly. I tried update for 2013 and reinitiated installation with the code I got in the email, with succes as it indicated. But message on the launchpad stays the same. Fsecure doesn't do the job at all is my idea. What to do???

As I remember, I issued a request for support  by " submit an online help request" .
