FSIS 2013 is installed, but not working, the AV nowork, says "install" but its grayed out.

"FSIS 2013 is installed, but not working, the AV seems not to work, says "install" but its grayed out."

Have tried to install 2-3 times, the .exe says "it is installed" and then i cannot do anything.

Tried to uninstall - then installed again, same..

The licens is to may 2013... ??

what can i do ??

Hi Nmousedk,

 

You may try with reinstalling the F-Secure software. Download and run the F-Secure Uninstallation tool from here to remove the existing F-Secure software in your system, and reinstall it by running the installer from here.

The user just reinstalled all, and installed FSIS again, and that worked
