I've been a customer for many years, but the last year or so you have spammed my inbox with messages about my license have ended probably 50 times, my license is perfectly fine and I'm using it on two computers at the moment, it doesnt end until September 2013 so why do you keep sending me these e-mails?

It's come to the point where I'm considering another solution, it's not worth it when you just keep on sending me these false e-mails. I signed up for product information, not for product information spam.

You need to start crosschecking the e-mails you send this to, my e-mail is used to login to the F-Secure store aswell where I got my subcription so it shouldnt be that hard eh?

You could either write it here or directly contact support for that issue

Yes, the reminder e-mails is system generated. We notice that some of the customers who purchased multiple years of subscription received these reminders by mistake. Please contact our Technical Support and provide the "message-id: xxxxxxxxx" found in the last line of the e-mail received to correct it.
