How do I install the new version of internet security 2013. I have the new code and when I gave it the licence is extended but apparently the the program is still 2012? At least it says so in the window and I cant find the banking protection.

Hi olli,

 

You may download the F-Secure uninstallation tool from here to remove the existing F-Secure 2012. Once done, download the new F-Secure 2013 from here and install with your new key code.

Hello,

 

I read that all existing F-Secure 2012 customers' computers will soon be "magically" updated to F-Secure 2013 version via the Automatic Update Channel technology. The change will occur gradually during the first quarter of the new year.

 

If a user does not wish to wait until that time, the manual method of version update can be done according to the advice above, which was provided by an F-Secure specialist.
