Suggestion : Option to log all rules in alert log

Sometimes you can't tell which rule is working and which rule is messing something up.  In order to troubleshoot that, I have to create custom rules (usually allowing or denying everything) and have them create logs because I cannot touch the default rules.  Could there be an option to tell the firewall to log anything that applies to any of the rules in effect in the alert log, for troubleshooting purposes?

    I want to tell that after scan please don't shut down the system,but only will shut down after it finds a virus and quarintines it
