Problem in installation of internet security 2013

i bought upgrade of internet security 2013 for 3 pcs and when i installed it on my first pc, i have no problems.

but when i try to installed on my second pc the installation procedure tells me: "the subscription key is already been used the the maximum number of times allowed"

 

what is the problem? excuse me for my english but i'm italian

waiting for an answer, thanks!

I have already tried to send an email to f-secure support. and "Chat temporarily not available".

is a problem if i keep the 2012internet security for a few days after the end of the contract?

1. Review your Order Confirmation to ensure the subscription key type you purchased. (1 PC or 3 PCs)
2. You may contact our Support to verify your subscription key status. "Chat temporarily not available" because Italian support only available on Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, I apologize for inconvenience caused.
3. It is not recommended to leave the computer unprotected. It will make your computer vulnerable because the virus definition update would stop when your subscription expired.
