cannot email and send FSDIAG file to F-Secure
I wanted to send FSDIAG to F-Secure tech support team.
I try many times to send email to them. (Via the F-Secure Support email site)
I cannot seems to send any attachment file via my email account.
My computer keep Crashing! And I saw some movement on my dekstop screen.
I suspected that someone is really remotely control my computer.

Hi Rusli,
You may upload the FSDIAG to our FTP site:
ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/incoming
- Open the above link in Windows Explorer or FTP client.
- Rename the fsdiag according to the SR ID provided, e.g. 1-XXXXXXXXX_FSDIAG.TAR.GZ.
- Drag and drop the FSDIAG into the Windows opened.
- Reply to the SR to inform that FSDIAG uploaded.

The steps above is an alternative way to send us the FSDIAG if the file size was exceed the e-mail attachment limits.

I have to update my first message as a simple misunderstanding with my tech support agent. they had indeed received my first FSDIAG file & were just requesting I send a new one.
I was just making sure their was not a problem with submitting the file via the support form.
