after clicking launch pad, I get only 2 icons on the screen?

I have Internet Security installed in two laptops months ago. All fine with the other one, but other laptop does not show anymore icon COMPUTER SAFETY after I click launch pad. Why computer protection has disappeared?

I have re-installed the program, but only Online Safety is installed.

Please try to download and run the F-Secure Uninstallation tool to clean up the F-Secure software / files from your computer. Then reinstall the F-Secure Internet Security 2012 to see if it's help.

tried that, nothing changed.  At the end I had on the screen text " Computer  security -  instalation error" ( my language was spanish, english text must be something like that...). And after clicking the launch pad, got only 2 icons again. Computer security is missing.

I would suggest you to open a Service Request for further investigation. Kindly attach a FSDIAG together with your service request.
