How to install kaspersky in a infected laptop?

If you have an infected laptop and you intend to install Kaspersky. That's is not possible. The reason is because you might have another Antivirus in your computer. Usually you need to uninstall the old version of antivirus before you install the new one.
As of these case, I would recommend if you can use F-SecureOnline Scanner, Dr Web CureIt or Hitman Pro (cloud base) to do a full scan.

See if it works.
Once you have done that check with Malware Bytes.
You can use the LiveCD version of Avira. But you need to have another unifected computer to download the ISO version and burn it to an empty CD-R Disc.

Then uninstall the above software and install F-Secure Award Winning Internet Security.
