Scan advised no anti-virus and no anti-malware

Strange this...I ran the F Secure online scan after advice from my ISP. I run Microsoft security essentials and have done for 2 years with no problems. The scan delivered that I had no anti-virus or anti-malware systems operating. My security essentials reports up to date and functioning for both. Any ideas??

    I am not sure what is the problem with MSI. I have scanned my system with Avast and AVG and F-Secure detects it. A bit weird. image

    Um..strange that. Well it all seems to be working...MS goes have some strange quirks though....Thanks for the reply.
