It depends on the F-Secure package or solution you use; and the level at which you want to identify them.
But, in general, you could use either My F-Secure portal (https://my.f-secure.com/login) or "People & Devices" place in your app installation (https://help.f-secure.com/product.html#home/total-windows/latest/en/concept_55E095698F2644E58E18257EA3FEFAE5-latest-en).
I would like to identify the three devices that are now protected on my account.
How can I identify the three devices that are currently on my account?
Three devices will be listed there, either with a generic name (like "My PC" or "My Android tablet") or with the name you chose during installation or at some other time using the app; or the device name will be listed (which can be seen in the system settings as "computer name" or "device name", for example). Then, if you select a device from the list, the installation date should be visible. Which will provide a little more information about the device in use.
If you have access to the devices, you can use 'above' information to determine whether the computer actually has the F-Secure solution installed and active. Otherwise: 'listed' device may be present due to an error (as a previous installation and not cleared after uninstallation from the device).

As such, what is your need?
Do you want to re-use a license for a new device (in case of subscription for three devices; and where all licenses are already marked as in use)? Or do you not know what the three listed devices are (and you would like to understand what they are and whether they are really yours)?
