Full Scan hangs at 99%

Hi everyone,

I use F-Secure Total Security provided by my ISP (Ziggo). I started a full system scan, but for some reason, it is hanging at 99% on System Volume Information\WPSettings.dat.

I have the latest updates installed (Device Protection 1.0.2608.10662).

How can I resolve this issue?
