I would like a refund please, I didn't want to auto renewal.

I have completed the form asking for a refund but the link for customer support isn't working, so can't forward to them.

    I think you should have the option to cancel or disable automatic renewal.

    Such as example: How to end or cancel my F-Secure subscription?

    Sounds that maybe you are talking about something like F-Secure Mobile Security (ex Lookout Life) or something like this. Is it so?

    Anyway, F-Secure official support channels are phone-calls or web-chat. Available there: Get support; they can surely provide help and assistance.

    However, F-Secure Mobile Security (exLookout Life) has its own KB articles and space: How do I contact F-Secure Mobile Security customer support? with reference to this landing page (where webchat button is also available).
