    Hello,

    I think that when the VPN connection is active, it consumes more power. Should not be too much critical, though. So, battery draining fast is like significantly 'faster' than usual? Or is just draining battery a trouble?

    Also, did you mean it is while using the device (browsing) with an active VPN or is it enough to just turn on the VPN and not use the device?

    And some more general things to ask:

    Does iOS (F-Secure app on iOS) support different protocols? If so, can you try using a different one?

    Your 'original' network connection is via mobile data or Wi-Fi?

    Because, at least once, a 'known' bug was discovered after one of iOS updates. Also with symptoms like huge battery use.
