    Did you try the beta email, I've seen it posted as far as renewal, maybe they can help you with this issue as well?

    But it might also be worth reporting this:

    expired, error on trying to renew

    as a bug.

    so, kind of 'reactivating' your existing account (if the activity is a reason of its expiration).

    Because I am not sure there should be any errors on trying to renew even with beta installation (I mean, it should not be possible most likely; but not an error without such explanation).
