Recently i formatted Windows PC, so i looking for installer to install my PC

If you go into your F-Secure portal, there should be the option to Install it from there. If the device shows your F-Secure is installed on the Windows PC, click it and Release license, then go back to the screen and it should show it cleared and to Add device. Go through the prompts until the installer downloads and go from there.
