VPN ein - Drucken nicht möglich

Seit Monaten stehe ich in Kontakt mit dem Support, aber er ist träge und kann nicht helfen. Problem: Bei eingeschaltetem VPN zeigt mein Drucker "offline" an und druckt nicht, obwohl ich mein WLAN als vertrauenswürdiges Netzwerk angegeben habe. Schalte ich VPN aus, druckt er.

Dieses Problem habe ich in den Fragen schon gelesen, aber keine Antwort dazu.

Hat jemand die Lösung? Danke.

    Hi @Laie,

    Thank you for your message and my apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    The issue may occur because the printer communication is being routed through the VPN connection. Please ensure that:

    • Your current Wi-Fi network is marked as a trusted network
    • Local network traffic / LAN access is allowed while VPN is enabled
    • Both the printer and computer are connected to the same local network

    If the issue still persists, further troubleshooting may be required.
