F-Secure gives me an error message when doing antivirus updates

I am using Windows 11. I have uninstalled and installed twice. I have Acronis, but I have set that for backup only. Next steps will be appreciated.

1. When unistalling F-secure have you used the tooL for windows installation ?

Yes, I used the correct tool for installation. The download goes to 28% and then says "Download failed." If I uninstall and reinstall the virus updates work. Then the next time, nothing.

Yes,but before normal installation(my.f-secure.com) did you run the UNINSTALLATION TOOL which clears all unnessesary files from previous and broken windows installation
