Ive paid for YEARS premium service and somewhere down the line they switch over from OUTLOOK security to whatever this is. And I stopped receiving premium services but was still paying for premium services. Fast forward to now, im trying to get this resolved and all I got was to contact T mobile which I hadn't had in years to figure out my refund and closed the case.

I dont have T mobile. I havent had T mobile in years. So they are pawning it off to someone else. What a way to avoid responsibilities. Ive paid YEARS to THIS app for nothing. I was never receiving premium benefits for a long time all the while paying to THIS APP. Not T Mobile.

I WANT RESOLUTION OR IM GOING TO CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF BETTER BUSINESS
