Password vault syncronization problem?

Is anybody else experiencing problems with password vault syncronization?

I am using F-Secure in three devices and I cannot update passwords (now 2026-01-16, 14:07 GMT). When I try to update a password in one device and log out, the old password in other devices replaces the new password, when logging in again.

The same applied to my previous efforts this week.

    I’ve noticed similar behavior recently, so you’re definitely not the only one. In my case, the vault sync seemed to get stuck using an older local version from one of the devices, which then overwrote the updated entries on the others—very similar to what you described.

    What helped me (at least temporarily) was:

    1. Signing out of all devices completely
    2. Clearing the local cache/vault sync data on each device
    3. Re-logging in one device at a time, making sure it fully syncs before moving to the next

    After doing this, the newest entries stopped getting replaced.

    It still feels like something on the cloud-sync end might be unstable right now, so it may not be an issue on your side. If the problem continues, it might be worth reporting it directly to F-Secure support so they can check if there’s a wider sync outage or backlog happening.

    Let me know if you find a more permanent fix—would be helpful for others here too.

    I just noticed sync does not work. This is really not ok. I just lost my new password, which I had to change, because the old one (I had changed quite some time ago) was also wrong despite I know for a fact I saved it to password manager.

    Also syncing is all over the place. I for instance have multiple instances of some of my stored information. If this stuff does not work, what does? Are password even secure anymore?
