Looks like you are using the "Security Suite" in your win-device,it's a business sollution of WithSecure,i suggest you to contact customer support of WithSecure directly:

    Hello,

Looks like you are using the "Security Suite" in your win-device,it's a business sollution of WithSecure,i suggest you to contact customer support of WithSecure directly:

It appears to be a security software package under the "Spectrum" brand (based on its logo in the screenshot). So, I think he should try to contact Spectrum Support for their Security Suite instead of WithSecure.

    However…

windows security is telling me I have 5 viruses

WIN10 Zues trojan and some other stuff before I installed and it cannot tun a scan. It tells me to reboot but that doesnt fix it

The screenshots indicate that the "installation" is not complete, so it is not possible to start a scan. The reason why Device Protection is not installed successfully is unknown now. Especially if reboot does not help there.

Can you provide more information about five viruses reported by Windows Security? And if system is already infected - can you try to run F-Secure Online Scanner instead of trying to install its full solution (despite the fact that this is branded version by Spectrum)?

F-Secure Online Scanner is available there: https://www.f-secure.com/en/online-scanner

Maybe Spectrum has its own variation as well. But since it is free - you can try F-Secure's one.

// edited note: before using the F-Secure Online Scanner, you must uninstall the Spectrum/F-Secure application, otherwise it may detect the installed solution and skip the scan.

    Thanks!
