Bypassing the VPN
So I'm trying to add programs/apps so they bypass the VPN, which I think worked at first but now I don't think anything I've added actually bypasses it.
For example I added Edge to the exceptions list and it worked at first and I could watch Disney Plus because it doesn't work with the VPN on, but now that doesn't work anymore.
Is there something that's been updated and I need to do anything else then just add them to the "bypass list"?

Hello,
The browser could have been updated of course and changed its location or something like that.
But if so, then when you go to the list of excluded applications for VPN (bypass list), next to such items there should be something like an (i) logo, clicking on which will tell you about the problem.
I see that there is a generic path to Microsoft Edge by default. Did you exclude it or use a more "direct" path?
For example, default one is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe
and a more 'direct' path is something like: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\143.0.3650.80\msedge.exe which will be invalid after browser update to further version.
"BY Default" - I mean if you click "Add new" in VPN bypass list (in case if something is already in the list), there is a default list of found applications in system which possible to exclude from there.
Also, you can try to check if bypassing work or not by visiting this page:
https://www.f-secure.com/en/ip-checker
where it is visible either it is your IP (from ISP) or VPN IP.
Thanks!
// however, I did not really check if bypassing still works as before. I will try maybe to check it later.
// and, by the way, recently a fresh feature is added.
Where you can Allowing websites to bypass VPN, so no need to allow entire browser. Just a list of required domains for chosen service.
