I agree, F-Secure support seems to have pretty much abandoned the English forum, but that's their problem. If they aren't interested in English forum support, they should just say it and post it, or put a Announcement stating so with a link to the off forum support options:

The issue is not a problem with direct contact with customer service or reception, but with the long-standing participation of a live information security expert in problems on the forum, even in English. Topics for which the rights of contributors are not sufficient would be best handled on a some calendar schedule by authorized personell

I may not have worded it right, but I didn't say it was a problem with customer service, but with the lack of English forum support.
